During the time I’ve been in real estate photography and virtual tours I’ve had the chance to use, observe and market various virtual tour platforms. Often times I’m viewing the competition’s platform from the outside while scratching my head about how they did this or that, or why they seem to be so popular. I don’t think I’ve ever actually had to leave a message for the guys at Tourbuzz. When I call with a question or something I can’t figure out, the phone is answered and my problem is solved within minutes. That usually means my client’s problem is solved within minutes... which means I’m not my client’s problem. It’s good for business when I’m not a problem for my clients.
With Tourbuzz I have no limitations on my income. I don’t get paid an hourly wage working for a national chain. I control my costs per tour and do as much business as I can! One of the main reasons I chose Tourbuzz is that I’m only spending money if I’m making money! With the option to buy tours only as I need them, or pay in advance to save a few bucks, it’s easy to keep my costs low during the slow seasons. Plus, the amount of time saved through the use of their system is invaluable! For modest additional charges premium features like video can be added to the tour. The nice part about that is as the owner of my own business I can choose to absorb this cost, up-charge for it or include it for free with the purchase of another service.
One of the most critical things for my business is branding and presenting our services as -- well, OUR services. Branding is a huge benefit that Tourbuzz provides to my company. Tourbuzz has done all the work to give me a highly functional virtual tour system which would have cost me tens of thousands of dollars to develop on my own and they let me put my brand name on it for $10. That’s pretty cool if you ask me!
As with anything, there are a lot of options out there.
