Tourbuzz Service Update: Infrastructure Improvements

Today we released a new version of TourBuzz that has been in the works for over 15 months. While there are only a couple of minor visible improvements, we now have in place the groundwork required to launch major new features and support the needs of our growing customer base.

One of the improvements you will notice is that any additional images you add to a tour will be reliably placed at the end of the tour. If the image processing queue is very busy, it will also inform you that your images might take a few minutes longer than normal.

The other item, the Offline Tour link has been removed from the Tour and added to the Client Panel.

We have been working on other features in parallel so expect to see releases of our video clips and export-to-video feature in the near future. The long awaited New Designs will be release shortly after video. We are very excited to provide you a number of new features for the spring market.

Alan & I continue to be blown away by your support of TourBuzz. We will do everything we can to live up to your expectations. As always, if you need anything, please let us know.  We will do everything we can to help you grow your business.

Hey guys,

Thanks for the improvements!  So are we able to add video now?  I just photographed the owner's house of Long & Foster and think it would be a great way to impress...

Hey Ted,

If you have video you will be able to add it in a few weeks. It will be a nice surprise when you update it.  Wish it was ready now but we are getting closer daily

Talk to you later,

Paul

Paul,  Enjoyed talking to you on the phone.  Thanks for the update regarding the capability to add video clips.  I have several customers who are very interested.  I am about to make an equipment investment so please keep us updated.  Thanks for your great service!

Your welcome.  Video is coming together nicely.  Hope to have a launch soon.  You won't be able to miss it.  You might hear the team celebrating from where you are :).  It has been a long hard road.
