Fellow helps real estate tour photographers establish a profitable business

(Nov. 8, 2011, Atlanta, Ga.) TourBuzz, the leading virtual tour software for independent professional real estate tour photographers, announced today the selection of Tim Ray an experienced businessman, real estate tour photographer and owner of Colorado Virtual Tours as the inaugural fellow in the TourBuzz Fellowship program.
 
The TourBuzz Fellow is a knowledgeable professional, practicing within the industry, that is a  resource for the often competitive real estate photographer community. He or she researches and experiments to develop best business practices, then shares that knowledge with the greater professional real estate photography community through the TourBuzz Blog, direct discussion through the TourBuzz Community and public speeches.

Tim Ray is excited to be the first TourBuzz Fellow. “I wish there had been a resource like the TourBuzz Fellow when I started my business and I’m honored to be the first Fellow selected,” said Tim Ray, owner of Colorado Real Estate Tours. “This is a unique opportunity to work with other photographers to help them create and grow a business.”

Tim started his real estate photography business in 2005 with his wife of 11 years, Lindsey. A part-time military pilot, he was formerly a full-time airline pilot. He left his career in the airlines after demand for his company's photographic services began to increase.  Together Tim and Lindsey have grown Colorado Virtual Tours from a simple aerial photography business into a five person, full-service real estate marketing solution for hundreds of customers.

In addition to photography, Tim stays busy with two young boys and is active with his local church, Mountain View Community Church, where he oversees the Helping Hand Ministry.  He enjoys the Colorado outdoors, s’mores, good-quality coffee... and s’mores.
