Cool technology demo related to virtual staging

We ran across this insane video and just had to share it. It's not commercialized yet, but it has amazing potential for making virtual staging look even better.

It is great to see software move in this direction. I still have to say, for what it cost, typically, to virtually stage a house, furniture can be rented for a month. At least then, the furniture is in the home for pictures and first month the home is on the market. The new software does solve one of the largest issues with virtually staged homes, correct lighting and shadows.

It's amazing at the talent that's out there.  Handling light sources, shadows has always been a challenge when virtually staging our clients photos.  I used to teach products like Lightscape, 3D Studio Viz & MAX ...  A product like this is always a great help for creating photo realistic scenes!!  Alan - thanks for the insight.  Any way of finding out how to contact the developer?
