TourBuzz Service Update: Improved Process Inbox page, internal notes visibility

A few minor improvements were just released:We have improved the process inbox screen, including making the thumbnails larger.We added a self-service password reset option on the login page.We made the display of tour, customer, and co-customer notes available in more places: tour edit page, photographer assignment email, and calendar feed.Enjoy!See More

The client control panel doesn't require a user/pass, it is just a "protected" link (has a long secret number on it so people cannot just guess it for any tour). So I think it would be a great solution for your clients for downloading…

Ah the FPS is 60. My camera does that, too. That means that the data rate is effectively half of what we keep (30 fps). Try exporting at 30fps and see how that works out.

Are you exporting as a 1500KBit/s h.264 mp4 at 720p? That is the recommended output format. You should open up the one that Premiere exports before uploading to TourBuzz even and verify that it looks good. I have found that many times I don't…

We just pushed the "inline" branding option as well as a bunch of bug fixes. More to come, too!

You can now add tactical video clips to your TourBuzz Tours. We will be supporting full length video in the coming weeks.



Tactical video is meant to enhance your tours with minimal extra work. Examples include Agent introductions, fire in the fireplace, water features like lakes, pool, fountains, streams, front door opening, etc.
