Video is the rage... and "YouTube" is the way that most Businesses and Real Estate Agents can relate to it despite the vast number of other platforms available for web-based video, and the many different ways to use it.

Very nice. My only concern is that the aspect ratio may leave allot of blank space if we aren't using a floor-plan on this skin.
Other than that, IMO- it is very clean and easy to navigate.
