I'm having a hard time with the tactical video. I know it's something I'm doing wrong because I've seen other peoples tours with tactical video and it looks great.  Mine do not have have the quality…Continue

I'm wondering what methods others use to deliver photos to thier clients.  I currently create a .zip file and send it via YouSendIt.  I send high resolution and MLS formatted images.  It's fast but…Continue

"Alan, Great idea. So, would one just upload the photos they know will be for printing at the larger size and just upload the rest the regular size for the tour? Has the size changed to 2000x1333. I am still uploading still images that are closer to…"

"We talked to several customers today and came up with an idea that I wanted to share more broadly: When you upload images to TourBuzz, for any images bigger than 2000x1333, we will keep the image you upload (or at least 4000x4000) for 30 days after…"

Photo delivery to clients?

I'm interested in how other deliver their photos to their clients.  I'm looking for a simple method where I 1) upload the photos to some sharing service and 2) notify my client(s) their photos are ready and 3) my clients can download the photos without the need to log in or create an account.  As long as they have, say, a link they can download the images. Thanks,Kent See More

"I currently use Tourbuzz for my photo only packages which is about two per day. I send everything the same but just ask that don't use the Virtual Tour links without the upgrade. I do occasionally check on them and charge them if they are using…"

"I use Dropbox.  You zip the pictures, upload to dropbox, and send the client a link.  I copy the link into the email that gets sent when I publish a tour.  So they have a choice to download mls/small print size from the Tourbuzz…"

"Just to clarify, you mean controlling which *resolutions* the customer can access? Right now we have 1500x1000 and 666x500. Both of those are arguably "web" quality, and this new size of 4200x4200 will be "print" size. We will…"

"Would you have any interest in a lower-priced "processing only" tour that wouldn't have a public-facing tour but would allow you to use TourBuzz for orders, scheduling, delivery, etc?"

"Is there any problem with shooting at 24 fps? Also, is the maximum file size still 10mb?"

"Not sure if you resolved this but the simple solution is to shoot in 1080p and down scale to 720p in Premier Pro."

"I checked Smugmug sizes in their help section that might help in determining the size/pixels.  The following is if you order a print from my account through one of their print houses.  So would these settings also not apply to what you are…"

"Did I miss something.... is this for a flyer... or to download the tour images...  Most cameras shoot 4x6 ratio and I'm sure most load their photos that way.  Anything 3000 pixels wide and over would be great... so i guess to…"

"We are looking to add a print-quality file size very soon. We are trying to be sure the file size is going to work for everyone. Would 300dpi @ 8.5" x 11" be better, or 11" x 14"? That's 2550x3300 or 3300x4200.Basically…"
