I've received about a 10% response on the email - approximately 10 responses for every 100 (chalking up the ratio to people who don't open up the email, people that have tight relationships with their current photographer or routing to the SPAM box). I'm monitoring the response for the long haul because I'm hoping that my information gets filed for future use. I'll include them in future emails so that they can get an insight to what we're doing for our other clients. Hopefully they'll soften up a bit.
