Hello Carlisle,

Just change the customer information and upload it to the MLS and other portals that you use.

The only problem that I can see is if the original agent wanted to keep the tour for marketing purposes for him/herself. (i.e. Listing Presentations) If that were the case, and assuming you have deleted original imaging from your computer, you would have to download the imaging from the original tour and re-upload the imaging to a completely seperate and new tour under the new clients name.

Well, the issue is, the agent has other tours under his name. What I did was create a tour under the name of the wrong agent that has yet to be published. When I look at the tour info the agents name is blacked out I have no ability to change it. If I were to adjust the info by clicking the link to the right of the agents name, all tours under this agents name would change to the new agents name wouldn't they. Is there some backdoor way that I can switch the info over to another agent that I have created so I wont have to reupload everything etc.?
