Every so often, I come across a virtual tour company that knocks my socks off.  I ran into this one group down in Florida that, in my opinion, does an exceptional job.  Their GUI is easy to work with, they create HDR spins (might be a little over the top .....), and the clarity of their spins are unsurpassed.  Here's a link to one of their commercial tours  -  VT of a ship

Can anyone tell me what I would need as far as hardware and software to achieve this quality?

Thanks in advance

Michael,

I see no seam stitching at all, so I am thinking it is all one special camera head. If you google 360 degree cameras, I think there is a bunch of information out there.

Those cameras/lens would probably come with their own software.

The other option is to call the company, esp if you are in a different part of the country and they would probably share that information.

Thanks Carol

It's Flash Panorama Player.  Check out Flashificator http://flashificator.com/ (other options would be Krpano or Pano2vr)

It's definitely not a 360 degree lens/camera.  If you adjust your nodal point correct you will have no seams in your stitching.  Anyhow, the quality of 360 glass is not on par with a good wide angle or fisheye lens.
