Making additional money for online property marketing

Hello all,

Nathan Straunch is making an additional $40 per property by selling online property marketing.

See what Nathan is providing here:
http://hotshotpros.com/enhanceyourtour/exposureengine.html

He is using Neybor, CraigsList, Twitter among others and is getting up to 90 property views in the first week. If I recall, 5 of 6 properties he promoted sold within 6 weeks. He puts the listing everywhere he can think.

We have made great strides with Neybor. We have more syndicators working. Will be launching CraigsList flyer within a week.

Nathan participates in the group so if you have questions I'm sure he will answer when he gets a chance. (Sorry to put you on the spot Nathan :)

No problem Paul, I'd be happy to help. The more recognition Tourbuzz dealers get, the more recognition we should all get on a local level.

It's all about providing more and getting worthwhile results. The national companies simply cannot compete on a local level through social networks, bookmarks, and blogs. We've been able to capture first time callers just because of our syndication process and more importantly keep them as clients because of the results that we often get.

As of today, we subscribe to all of the normal RE sites like Trulia, Vast, Oodle, etc... and we currently belong to over 130 different Social Networks that we submit not just our work to, but we also get allot of work from. Our marketing budget, like many small businesses, is minimal at best... why not take advantage of proven "Free" methods, and get paid for it?

Outstanding Nathan. Definitely be considering adding this service in my marketing. I know the agents I work with love to have 'grunt work' handled for them rather than having to figure out technical details or do it on their own. And I suspect some will be willing to pay a modest amount to unload the syndication task, and/or to gain a marketing advantage. I'm sure I will follow with some questions for you as I work on this. Thanks for being open to 'consulting'.

Paul: I'm still a bit in the dark as to how Neybor functions. I know a couple of seminars/conference calls were held about this, but I missed both. :-( Any chance you have the audio or transcripts from those, and/or may have some sort of Neybor tutorial. That would be greatly appreciated. I've looked at the Neybor site, but I'm still a bit clueless about how to best leverage this... or even what to tell the agents about this service.

Cheers to you both!
