Hello all,

I have been getting FSBO calls lately.  I find I have to really jack up my prices because I have to hand hold the owners after delivery of the goods.  I have not used Neybor, never had the need since all my agents syndicate through their agency to all websites.  My question is:  Can Neybor work without a mls #?  Are there any others out there that work with FSBO's and if so other than taking the photos, and delivering via Tourbuzz the photos, links etc. what other add on services do you provide?

Neybor can work without an MLS number, but unfortunately many of the larger sites like Trulia and Zillow require MLS numbers, so there's really no way around it.

I have done a couple of FSBOs using tourbuzz and Neybor. The homeowners have just used the URL on the flyers and if they advertise on Craigslist, etc. with Neybor you can create a single property website for $15. Then go to a place like godaddy and buy a .info domain name (ie. 123mainstreet.info) for $1.99 for a year. And after that is set up you can forward that address to the Neybor URL.

It can't be syndicated to the mls or realtor.com. Does anyone know if it can be place on zillow, trulia, etc?

Actually it looks like Zillow has a *separate* FSBO site. That's new. I am not sure how to get listings on there.

The FSBO market is so small that we don't have plans to automate FSBO submission at this time.

Trulia doesn't allow FSBO.

Thanks Alan I'll look at the Zillow FSBO link you provided.

I think because of the decline of the market, more people are trying FSBO.  Unfortunately, in our area (small city) FSBO's don't work well but it's not my place to tell the owners that.

Thanks Carol - how much do you charge for this?  Outside of the $15 and $1.99 and photo taking.

$125 for just photos

$149 for the basic tour - 25 photos+ up to 4 partial panos. Plus $40 for the branded site (which includes that $15 = $1.99

I had not thought of charging more for FSBOs.....

Because a FSBO can't get the word out as far and wide as a Realtor can, that is one good case for hiring a realtor.....

Thanks Carol.  Can you provide me with a link to one of your single property websites for a FSBO that I can send my potential FSBOer as an example?  Would greatly appreciate it.

Pat, I only have one for a realtor that I did....the others are long gone.

Here is the one I did yesterday www.5416Soapweed.info

That'll work thank you so very much!
