Email Extractor Programs...

I need some help with finding the right email extractor program. When we were talking about finding the discount brokers someone recommended using one of these programs to glean emails from the websites. I am on a Mac and need some help to find the best program for me and a tutorial on how to use it if possible. Any help out there? Be willing to trade ideas and work flow suggestions for this help. Darn, I just deleted the transcript I copied from our last web conference. I sent it to Alan, maybe he's still got it- don't know if I still have it in my email.
