My area of expertise has become vacation rental properties. Realtors have no money right now and they know too much about the business and expect the 'cheapest' virtual tours. There's so much more money right now in vacation rentals - simply because there is demand.

Resort area people...call me to discuss pricing - please DO NOT go into resort areas with cheap pricing - you'll kill it. The customer pays for it and they know nothing about current pricing but pay based on 'photography' (vs. virtual tour) pricing.

Anyway - I write to ask advice from any of you who write blogs. Here's one I have just started up (thanks, Nathan Strauch, for the inspiration) http://jacksonholerentals.blogspot.com/

1) Please help out a fellow photographer by adding yourself as a 'follower'.
2) suggestions, suggestions, suggestions: This needs more content than simply rental info. I need to add news feeds from local news sources. Does anybody kow how I do this?
3) You will see that I have 'monetized' this site - does anybody know how to do so even more?
4) What is a pro-active way for me to get more followers?
5) Any and all suggestions / comments - even praise? welcome.
