I Loaded images for a tour. Spent 30-45 min. getting images how I wanted, looking at my changes, making adjustments. I got the tour how I wanted, I set the music, looked at it once more; Everything was scrambled up. An entirely different order. ?? See More

"Doesn't sound like a browser issue to me. Depending on what program you use to edit your images prior to uploading them, it would, in most cases, save you a lot of time to establish a naming convention for your files that allows auto-detection.…"

Reduce the size of an MP4 without harming qauality of the video

I was concerned about how long it was taking to upload my 1 to 1 1/2 minutes MP4s.  They are anywhere from 200 to 300 MB.   I googled the question about how to reduce the size of an mp4 and found that the software called HandBrake does this with a few easy steps.  I reduced a 300 MB video now to 50 MB and did not loss any quality. This will reduce the file sizes on your servers and help your customers upload the videos.  …See More

Tourbuzz Service Update: Client Panel Improvements

Client Panel Improvements

  • Agents can now edit their complete profile info and manage photo/logo from the "My Account > Profile Settings" menu.
  • Tour stats settings can now be edited in the new tour dashboard.
  • Miscellaneous bug fixes and copy improvements.

top factors for agents when choosing a real estate photographer

This was an Australian firm doing the survey but I believe the results are very similar to what we see here.

ranking only 5th after easy access to images at no 4. High quality products were paramount to agents at no 1 followed by great customer service at no 2 and fast turnaround time at no 3.
